I don't know where Lawrat has gone to; and a few of us on this site are a bit concerned for her. This month, she's supposed to be getting her Bar results, and there's a feeling that that is the reason she has dropped off the face of the planet in the past week. We only wish her well, and hope that soon she will resurface.
However, what have you done to obtain new counsel? As you'll recall, in answer to your first querie on p.3, Lawrat gave you some good suggestions to get a new attorney.
And, like Tracey had said to you, also in that response, a motion, or information as you require, is very research intensive, especially since we are not privy to each and every fact of your situation. I would not suggest that you contact the judge directly, at least at this point, because all information currently before the judge is that you are represented by counsel, until such time as your previous attorney files a substitution of attorney form with your signature.
