What is the name of your state? Just completed forbearance. Will return to work after FMLA questions I would like to ask are must I accept mitigation of my mortgage if I can pay the past due balance and original monthly payment? Also, is it possible mitigation payments might be more than my original payments? My servicer had not been upfront about things, they claimed not to have received faxes delaying my forbarence which apparently was an issue on their end but was my problem. Anyway I don't trust them and am unsure if I must accept mitigation since I will be able to pay the balance owed by the end of the month. Thanks.
