Kansas, I have a person that owns property adjacent to mine, that claims that because there is no easy way to access his acreage that I have to give him an easement through my property from the county road. He has had ownership of this
"land" locked ground for about 10yrs and just now wants to
start driving to it using my property as a short cut. Does he have a legal right to force me grant him access?
