My assets are being placed into an irrevocable Trust, because I was coerced into an oral settlement agreement, (undue influence used). This settlement was nullified in the lower court, but upheld on appeal by a family member.

The appreal's decision has several judicial errors, but a Review by the next highest court was denied - no reason - a Mandamus Petition denied, without reason, and en banc review denied.

I feel that due process is denied me, and my civil rights are definitely being violated. I have a right to defend my own property and assets in America - or so I thought.

I am not incompetent... How can a court take away my assets and refuse to correct the judicial errors on Review? My civil rights are being violated as a senior woman of 78 years old. Do I have recourse to fight this decision?
