What is the name of your state? California

How do I force the sale of a home that is tenants in common? Are there specific forms?

I'd like to know the same thing

I live in Minnesota and need to know the exact same thing. My ex-husband has been living in a housse for the last 4 years that we own as tenants in common. It was changed to that in our divorce. I now want my share of the house and he says he is not willing to do that, (buy me out or agree to sell) . So, how do I force that to happen. And do I HAVE to have an attorney to do it? are there forms I can get to do it with? or does it have to be court-ordered?

First - You need to start your own thread.

It's called "partition" and yes, you need an attorney.
