I am classified as a salaried exempt employee. I know that if I work more than 40 hours I do not get compensated, but the company I work for makes me take PTO for any week where I work less than 40 hours. To me, it seems like they are trying to make me salaried if I work over 40, but hourly if I work under. Can they do this?
