forcing clear title after judgement

I paid for a trailer and in return the seller signed an agreement to have two liens removed and give me clear title within 30 days. The 30 days passed and the liens were still in effect. We went to small claims and the judgement was that the seller would honor the contract and have the liens satisfied or otherwise removed - clearing the title. Now what action can I take as the seller isn't doing anything?

You too have learned that the problem with Small Claims courts is not getting a judgment but having it enforced.....

As every place differs, ask the court clerk for some suggestions.
