ive got horrible credit and got a car from one of those
"you work you drive"dealers in 1996.i voluntarily gave it back a year later because i couldnt make the payments
in 1997.three years later this morning i find out my bank account that had 3000 dollars in it has been siezed and my balance is now -30,000.00.there was a lawyers phone # on file at the bank and they say a judgement was obtained and they are enforcing it (they also say the judgement was for 16000.00 but somehow they are trying to get 33000.)
are these people going to show up at my door to take everything i own?
im just a working man whose made some bad financial decision 4 years ago
being i wont be able to buy anything this weekend i thought id try to get some info before i call that lawyers office monday
apologies for this long post(i am freaking out)and thanks if you are reading it
