What is the name of your state? Kansas

If a property is foreclosed on, the bank has the right to evict the tenants, correct? If they do evict the tenants does this eviction go on the renters credit record?

If they have to take you to court there will be a formal record of it and that record will be used by future LLs to deny you a place to live , They are going to decide if one LL had to go to the trouble of evicting you through the court they might be in the same spot with you again and not willing to take the chance. SO if you have recieved a written notice to vacate from a foreclosure management agent move out, and there will not be a court record to haunt you later.
