Hi, I lost my mother's home (inheirited) in a foreclosure sale June 2, 2009.

I had rented it to a couple that were on section 8 and seemed (keyword=seemed) to be a couple struggling like a lot of others, myself included.

Long story short, they did not pay their portion of the rent and knew the system well. Because they didnt pay their portion I wasnt able to make my loan payment and surprise - lost it in foreclosure.

During the time they lived there they has a friend and she and her pittbull moved in. Well the lowlifes finally moved out but she is still inhabiting the home and now has moved a broken down Jerry Springer RV into the backyard and now has 3 biker guys staying there.

I have never rec'd any paperwork regarding the sale yet I know it did sell at auction. I have made 5 calls and two emails to my lender with no response. I found out who the trustee was and called them yesterday. They said call their SF office (I'm in Sacramento). The SF office said call the Sacto office (sigh) and gave me the name of person to speak with. I called this contact person who said call the lender and ask for so and so. (big big sigh).

My problem is, 1. I want the paperwork and 2. there are some personal things that I want to retrieve from the house.

I called the sheriffs dept to see if they would accompany me to the house and they said call an atty. I don't have the money for an atty and if I did I would have used it to make my loan payment and not be writing this post.

Please help me as I'm getting nowhere fast!

Oh, and one more thing - I've yet to get any paperwork from the Housing Authority that shows the section 8 contract is no longer applicable due to foreclosure. Who knows what the renter's have said. But they would be the star guests on Jerry's show for sure.
