If a Texas land owner puts a foreclosure on his four acress that he sold to someone, can that person get it back if he pays it off in full? OR,can he get it back by just catching up on the payments? Or can the buyer get it back at all?
Thank you for your time.

If the Seller/Vendor is foreclosing on a land sales contract, then the BuyerVendee has no rights of redemption if the foreclosure action is completed.

You are welcome.
I guess McDonalds trained me well. Fast food training works wonders and the experience can actually be applicable in other professions. Want fries with that?
