Foreclosure reinstatement attorney fees

What is the name of your state? Florida

I owe approx $2000.00 in backpayments to reinstate my loan from foreclosure. While I'm fully prepared to pay the amoun, like now, I'm being told that I have to wait 7-10 days for an attorney to calculate what my applicable attorney fees will be to do this. I'm wondering what to expect for attorney fees in this matter in the state of Florida. Is there a range I'm looking at based on certain criteria (and what would that be) or is it a set amount?

Not sure about Fla. around here anywhere from 2-5K depending on how far into the foreclosure you were.

If you get no further answers then minimum I would be prepared to have 3 to 4K to reinstate.

Well I found a site that list Florida foreclosure laws and I found this:

Florida foreclosure law states that the order shall: State that if the mortgage provides for reasonable attorney's fees and the requested attorney's fees do not exceed 3 percent of the principal amount owed at the time of filing the complaint, it is unnecessary for the court to hold a hearing or adjudge the requested attorney's fees to be reasonable.

I'm not sure if this is saying that they cannot charge over 3% of the principal owed or that if they do then you can appeal for it to be lowered though.

Still waiting for a reinstatement figure after 2 weeks. Would having a title company call & request the info hurry things up any?
