On Friday 11th of August 2000 I ordered a coffee at a sport center. I had a sip and thought it was nice so then I had a bigger drink and choked and part of a plaster. (the clear part that peels of}. I complained and the manageress seemed so calm about it and said she didn't know where it had come from but it was obvious whoever was responsible to wash the cups had not done so properly. When I said I wished to take this further she suggested I put it in writing is I wanted to any outcome of her investigations. She offered me at the time either another coffee or a refund. That night I was physically sick and my tummy still churns at the thought of it.
