Hello,

my question is, I was in forest ridge youth services in Estherville Iowa in 1998, and there was a lot of abuse, including but not limited to public humiliation, and peer humiliation. Would it be too late to look into making a case on this? Thank you!

And you waiting 12 years, why:confused:

Guess if you would have behaved like any well-behaved young person, you wouldn't have been there, huh???

You may certainly talk to someone in the local DAs office about this. No one will be happy with a 12 yr.old case. The accused may have died on moved away. The witnesses may have died or moved away.
There are laws called Statutes of Limitation which prevent really old cases from clogging the court system.

Good luck
