Seller Disclosure Act

I'm just wondering, if I enter into an Option to Purchase Agreement, do I foreit my right to acquire a Seller Disclosure Agreement, or any other information or legal advantages?

BTW, the property is residential zoned apartments within a singal house, owned by a private management company. Do I risk any major legal rights by buying from a corporation?

Some title insurance companies in some states will insure this kind of interest in land.

I suggest you try to get title insurance.
