I live in Washington state with my live in boyfriend. We purchased a condo. together, with an FHA loan, now I am wishing to move out. How do I go about getting off the loan? Will there be any penalties assesed for breaking a contract only after having it for 6 months?

It is not that simple.
You must sell the property or have someone else refinance the loan to take you off.
