MY B/F IS IN JAIL FOR 3 COUNTS OF FORGERY OF GOVERMENT INSTURMENT.HE JUST GOT OUT OF JAIL AFTER SERVING 7 1/2 MTHS FOR FORGERY.PROIR TO THAT HE SERVED 8 MTHS FOR FORGERY.AND,BEFORE THAT HE WAS ON PROBATION FOR THE SAME THING.I'M WONDERING HOW MUCH TIME HE WILL GET THIS TIME?THE OTHER FORGERYS WEREN'T GOVERMENT BUT THIS TIME IT IS.20 YRS? 30???

Clearly 7-8 months was not long enough for him to get the message, so I would expect this time to be measured in years.

In the legal system, the OP's boyfriend is known as a "slow learner".

He has already spent time on probation, and 15 months in jail over two sentences.

I give you even money that he was probation when he got caught last.

I estimate not more than 15 or less than 8 years.... depending on whether or not he was on probation at the time.
