Will the court system care....anyone care that my husband forged my name on our tax forms and refund check. How do I protect my self from his behavior, and how do I get the law to show him that this is illegal, it is illeagal right, he forged my name on federal documents for the simple fact to keep a few bucks from me....please help!

My response:

If you want to get him in trouble, I want you to think it over very carefully. If he has any "strings" on your life at all, think this through carefully. That being said, go to your local Federal Office and swear out a complaint. An investigation will begin, and the Feds will take it from there. Are you sure you want to do this?
