What is the name of your state? Florida

I filed for I751 to remove my conditions (marriage) on my green card. I receive a notice, and extention of 1 year and the biometric appointment. I filed on Texas center. Now they have processing delays..... anyone that filed around June 2007 and already got aprooved? how long you think this delay will be....?

It usually takes about 6-8 months if there is no interview. If there is an interview scheduled, then it goes to the local USCIS office processing times.

That's because Miami does not adjudicate the I-751; the Service center does.

It takes as long as it takes.. this is a low priority petition for them now. If you are getting close to the end of your one year extension from the letter, make an appointment for your local office and get a stamp.
You do not stop being a PR until they tell you you are not.

You can apply for naturalization on the usual time schedule even if I-751 is still outstanding.
