What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Tennessee
Twenty-nine months ago, I was fired at gunpoint by the owner/GM of the radio station where I had been a successful on-air personality for the previous nineteen months. I had relocated here just for that position. This was during brief meeting. I was leaving his office when he went crazy suddenly. He was convicted in April 2004 of assault. I filed civil suit in Sept. 2002 which still hasn't been resolved and was continued from last August to Feb. 2005 bcs my lawyer at the time slept on a motion hearing date. Now for mer boss lawyers want me to sign "releases" of my medical history and employment history which I feel is irrelevant to what happened. Is this a stalling tactic? How about asking for former boss's medical history since he obviously has some paranoia issues?
What about privacy concerns? I made settlement demand; no counter offer made in reply for tha past four months with civil trial in less than sixty days. How can I speed up conclusion of this traumatic nightmare?

Gunpoint firing by station owner

Ther is NO prior history of violence by the victim here. The owner/GM fabricated "intoxication on the job" to cover up his own misconduct, watergate-style. Seems no attorney can see the open an shut natureof this without trying to violate the victim's fourth amendment rights. The average layman doesn't snow al;l the tricks you guys use in your legalese. capiche? We just want to get what is just anddue to us as damages and reparations and move on with our lives.

My response:

Warren, why did you feel it was necessary to delete your other post? Was it because StephenK found your reported story on the newswires, and reprinted the actual truth on that thread.

You see, Warren, the truth of the matter is that you weren't "fired at gunpoint". No one pointed anything at you.

Could it be that your prior medicals have something to do with your psychological need to lie?

Fired at gunpoint.

You must be his lawyer, and this is not the forum for you to twist the truth. I saw the hole at the end of the gun's barrel. What do you call that? My questionis only about the fourth amendment rights. my integrity is untarnished. End of Story.

My response:

Warren, you're a sick, sick, man.

That's not what you told the reporters, and that's not what you said at your deposition, and that's not what you told the investigators and the detectives.

In fact, you told your story about three different ways, Warren. Were you lying then, or are you lying now, Warren?

Deleting a post is a sure sign of a liar Warren AKA Jimi Bruce, AKA Wynn, do you thnk we are stupid? If you had a case you would have an attorney, truth is you don't have a case because you lie, and are afraid to release your work records and your medical records because they show the truth, even the workers comp board denied you claim.

Ha! You went for the headfake. He released those rec. for the past 10 months. We know it just a stall tactic and were just asking "why?" the delay and isn't ultimately a Fourth Amendment issue. BTW, we do have an attny.
signing off, no more piling on here amigos.
