What is the name of your state?State of New Hampshire

This is my first time here. I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. I was at an unemployment hearing today for my unemployment benefits. This was a second hearing. Not only did my former employee show up late and lie throughout the hearing, I feel that she defamed me and I am not sure if I have any recourse. Someone told me to get the transcripts from the 1st and 2nd hearings to prove the lies they told were not consistent at each hearing...But the defamation part has me baffled. At the end of the hearing, before the tape recorder was shut-off, my former employer told the chairperson that I was sexually harrassed because I was OVERLY friendly with the customers and sales associates. Now this couldn't be further from the truth! My question is, do I have any recourse to this? Thanks in advance for any advice.

What exactly was said that you consider defemation? Nothing in your post backs up your claims. The one comment you claim was made sounds like a personal opinion, not defamation and would not be cause for action.
