My question is does an Adopted Child of 14 have any rights to visit with her real Mother???

2nd Question: Is there any age before 18 that a foster child can clam visitation or living with mother a right?

I have a friend who had hear daughter adopted out while she was fighting the system. Her daughter was 3 years
old at the time sharing joint custody with her ex husband, CPS took the little girl from the ex husband never returning her to the mother while the mother was
allowed to keep her 5 year old son and 13 year old daughter...

The Mother and Father were divorced and had joint custody...

The System took the Child from the father do to malice in is care for his Daughter...

No Falt was found with the Mother but CPS and family courts said do to the time the youngest Daughter has been in the system we feel
the bond between the Mother and Daughter has been severed and find no need to return the Daughter to the Mother...

The mothers oldest Daughter found her little sister 2 years ago and arranged with the foster parents to let the Mother have visitation with her youngest daughter...
Do to the strong bond between the mother and her youngest Daughter the foster parents felt threatened and told the Mother and youngest Daughter they could no
longer see each other because his adopted Daughter wanted to talk to her Mother on the phone every day...
The Foster Parent how ever still allow the Mothers oldest Daughter to contact her little Sister...

Her Daughter is now 14, the mother has been fighting to get her daughter back for 11 years now...

The Youngest Daughter wants to very much see her Mother as does the Mother with all her heart wants to see her Daughter...
As you will see in this video with recorded phone conversations...

If the child has been adopted, the biological mother has no standing to sue for any kind of rights at all. Once the child turns 18, it will be the child's choice...until then, the child's legal parents have total control of the situation.

After an adoption is finaliized the only REAL mother is the adoptive mother
.

Foster child is different than adopted child.

I have a friend who had hear daughter adopted out while she was fighting the system.

No she PLACED the child for adoption.

Her daughter was 3 years
old at the time sharing joint custody with her ex husband, CPS took the little girl from the ex husband never returning her to the mother while the mother was
allowed to keep her 5 year old son and 13 year old daughter...

And she did nothing about this at the time because...

BULL there is much more to this story.

The mothers oldest Daughter found her little sister 2 years ago and arranged with the foster parents to let the Mother have visitation with her youngest daughter...

Is it foster or adoptive??

Do to the strong bond between the mother and her youngest Daughter the foster parents felt threatened and told the Mother and youngest Daughter they could no
longer see each other because his adopted Daughter wanted to talk to her Mother on the phone every day...

The parents of this child may have felt it is not in the best interest of THEIR daughter tocontinue this communication. As parents they have evry right to do so.

The Foster Parent how ever still allow the Mothers oldest Daughter to contact her little Sister...

That's great

Her Daughter is now 14, the mother has been fighting to get her daughter back for 11 years now...

Not gonna happen!

The Youngest Daughter wants to very much see her Mother as does the Mother with all her heart wants to see her Daughter...
As you will see in this video with recorded phone conversations...

Look adoption (after finalization) means it is THEIR daughter now. There is not one thing the borthmother can do about it -
