Horribale judges

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas

We had court yesterday about not letting our daughter see her maternal mother and moving out of the county. We are guilty of moving out of the county with out asking. however We denied visitation because of a pending child abuse case on her. The case is still open but they didn't have enough evidence to say if she abused our child or not. The Judges ruling came out to be that the mother has to go to the mothers house for visitation. He said " I don't care if she has to miss school, gets abused or misses all of her extra curricular activities, I want her at the mothers house at 3:00 pm this Friday for the entire christmas vacation". We are still very concerned about abuse and the safety of our daughter. What can we do to over turn his ruling?

OP deleting your post wont make the issue go away. There are no warm and fuzzy answers to your problem and there is still nothing you can do but produce the child in accordance with the order!

Legally Foster better produce the child or he will lose custody. I can see it now. And then if he doesn't produce the child, a warrant will be sworn out for his arrest and he will be charged with kidnapping. If he crosses statelines after losing custody, it becomes a FEDERAL crime and the FBI gets involved. So quite simple -- he needs to listen to the judge. He has no proof that his ex did ANYTHING to the child at all.
