California - I have owned my property for 3 years and am trying to sell. I have recently discovered an underground cellar in my back yard. This was never disclosed to me by the seller. I have a feeling the seller knew about this because they installed a new leach field right next to this area on my property. They could have put it over this cellar but instead went right beside it, giving me the impression that they knew it was here.
Is there anything I can do as far as suing the seller because I now am having trouble selling this property because an inspector wants the cellar to be collapsed and backfilled. What can I do?
