What is the name of your state? CA. I saw someone pooped in a parking lot so I came back to cover it with an old shirt (lucky it’s only 5 miles round trip). It looked fresh so I’m assuming it happened at night. If someone took a poop in a lot what kind of crime is that if they just left it there like I found? Also if someone saw your butt naked (no front part), how much of a crime is that?

How do you know it’s human waste?

Disorderly conduct or public nuisance potentially could be charged, unless the one defecating has a disability, medical condition or the person’s age can provide a reasonable excuse. And exposing oneself in public could result in an arrest.

You should call the city and the city should have a “poop patrol” that cleans up waste. If the waste is found on private property, you can contact the property owner.
