What is the name of your state? South Dakota

I purchase my first home two years ago and went by what I was told... hire an inspector, look at all options for mortgage, etc. One month ago, my foundation collapsed. The realtor would not help me out, except to tell me that the inspector is now out of business. The realtor represented both me and the seller (whom they were related to by marriage). This project is costing a fortune. Is their any legal recourse against the inspector, realtor, or seller? What is the name of your state?
