What is the name of your state? Texas

I had some foundation repairs done on my home a few years back.
I had to have them back a few times to adjust. When they came out to give an estimate on repairs they only wanted to do 3/4's of the foundation. When I asked why The salesman stated " there is nothing wrong with this corner, that is why we shouldnt fix it. " Since then cracks and other issues started to arise in the corner of the house they didnt fix. The last time I had someone out from this company, they said now It does need lifted. I asked if this was because they didnt do it in the first place. In a round about way he told me yes. I recently decided that it was time to take care of this problem with the foundation company.

Now this is the tricky part. I have a lifetime transferable warranty for my foundation repair. The company whose name appears at the top of the warranty paper is still in business, BUT the foundation side of the company in no longer in business. The general manager refuses to take my calls or return messages to me. I filed a complaint with the BBB of Dallas.

What should I do next? They have to honor their warranty right?

Whats the warranty issue?

Is there a problem with the work they did, or do you have a warranty issue with work they DIDNT do?

The work they did do was not great to begin with.
The problem is, they didnt do one corner of the house because "it didnt need it" according to them. Then that corner they didnt do started to have problems "because it didnt get repaired" according to them. They wouldnt own up to making a mistake.

I need that corner of the house fixed, I have a lifetime warranty from a company that is in business today, but they wont talk to me or take my calls.

then have them repair the area

then have them repair the area that wasnt previously done. Except they dont want to any more. Hmmm then get another company to repair the area. I still dont get the warranty issue, how long was the warranty period, around here its two years for contractors (AZ). Has it been longer that that?

did you last work go like this
Owner: "how much to do the repairs?"
contractor: $XXXX.00"
Owner: "Wow thats alot, can we make it cheaper"
contractor: "Well maybe that one section is probably OK, We can drop it"
Owner: "OK great do the rest"

Any think like that?

Or did you say:
" do it all, I just want it all good"
Maybe not?

I guess I will make this clear.

Five Star Foundation was the name of the company that did the work.
Five Star was owned by a company called Woodbridge Home Exteriors Inc.
My "lifetime transferable warranty" is from Woodbridge. Five Star is no longer in business, Woodbridge closed it down.

Five Star checked the foundation, told us that only certain parts of the house needed done. Five Star did the work. Now I have problems with the part they said didnt need repaired, because they didnt do it in the first place.

Every other foundation repair company I have spoken with in Dallas said more than 75% of the house needed repaired they would do the whole house.

Call Woodbridge, say this:

JD "Hello woodbridge, let me speak to the man in charge"
JD "Your old company did work for me I want to talk about it"
WB: "OK what did we do?"
JD: "It not about what you did its about what you didnt do".
WB: "What didnt we do?"
JD: "You didnt fix my foundation in some places."

WB: "Were we supposed to?"

JD: "well no, you thought it was ok at the time, and now its not"

WB: "OK so what can I do for you?"

JD: "Honor your warranty for work you didnt do but should have"

WB: "Warranty for work we didnt do? Isnt that like asking the painter to warranty a part of the house he didnt paint?" because it seemed OK at the time. And now its not"
