Bought a ferrari through a local car company with loan from a "nationally known bank". Paid off loan last september early, they sent me a lien release and an old title showing an additional lien of 21,500 from another bank! Additionally the Bank failed to deliver a "clean title" to me. Apparently the bank never had the Title dealer reassigned so the Title was put back into the name of the guy I bought the car from. Arizona DMV does not see me as owner of the car, they will not let me register it or re-title to put in my name. The bank is NOT helping, it's been 6 months, they are dragging their feet.

Do I have a case to sue them?
What about not having the ability to use this vehicle, damages?
Thanks
Andy
