My response:

Bottle designs - yes.

Fragrances - no.

I graciously thank you for your reply.
I like to ask, if I want to have my
fragrance I created official, I would
have a bottle designed?

My response:

I am having some trouble understanding your question. What do you mean by "official." Perhaps, you mean a fragrance and bottle combination that would be known by the public as being your company product? For example, when you see a Coca-Cola bottle, that shape of bottle is immediately recognizable as being a bottle and product of the Coca-Cola Company. Is that what you mean?

Most often, a company that manufactures "liquid products", also designs a container for their products, that is recognizable, or a trademark, of that particular company. We see this type of recognition in the marketplace all the time.

Thank you again, I would like ask if trade
making either a logo, name, design would be
less time considering the processing procedures and or less cost rather than patenting a bottle design?

My response:

I'm sorry, but you lost me. I had some questions which I needed answered in order to assist you, yet you've completely ignored them. And your latest post is so poorly written and phrased that I really have no idea what you are asking.

My suggestion, in light of the above, is that you to make an appointment to see a Trademark and Patent Attorney. Call your local Bar Association for a referral.
