There was a fradulent charge on my Bank Visa (Debit out of checking) that did not belong to me. I just saw it online and called the company. They confirmed it was for software that was emailed to an address that is isn't mine.

They are going to refund my money... So all's well with that charge.

The obvious problem is someone else has my info. They used my CC number and my address on the order with their email. I have their email address should I send them something.

I'm going to wait if any other charges pop up to cancel the card. Due to recent financial problems I won't qualify for another card (Divorce Bankrupcy)

What would you do? Should I file some sort of police report? Can I even if I'm getting my money back?

Have the credit card company issue you a new card; yes, file a police report.
