What is the name of your state? New York.

I got into an argument with my tenant and it became physical.
He jumped on me first and I had to push him off. In that process he fell down and called the police. The police report was filed but there were no charges filed and no injuries claimed. After 3 months the tenant’s lawyer is asking me for my homeowners insurance to claim injuries for my negligence. Is there a case? Should I be giving them any insurance information? Any advice will be appreciated, thanks.
