What is the grounds for filing fraud to get a divorce.
How long after a person has been deserted does it take to get a divorce?
Thank You

****WHEN POSTING, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR STATE BECAUSE LAWS VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.**** (in red at the top of the page).

After naming your state, you'll have to decide whether this is a case of fraud or desertion. That is, unless you live in a no-fault state, in which case it won't matter which.

My response:

We are thrilled that your homestate is MS. We are gratified that you were married in Nevada. We are excited that you lived in CA for 7 weeks.

Would you mind telling us where you reside today, and for how long ?

My response:

What do you believe is the marital "fraud" ?

Also, after you left California, did you move back to MS alone, or did you live there with your husband for a length of time ?

I really don't think there was fraud. But i do think when he married me he never intended to stay.
I moved back to Ms. alone. I didn't know any one in Ca. I was left with no money transportation. My family had to send me money to get back here,
We never lived in Ms. while we were married
Thanks

My response:

So then, you've done a complete turn-around from your original post.

See a Family Law attorney to file your Petition for Dissolution of Marriage. It'll take anywhere from 6 months to a year to complete.
