An Illinois woman in her seventh month of pregnancy used her look alike sister to obtain a divorce for her. Now 17 years later she is sueing the natural father for back child support although a child support order was never entered. If she obtained a divorce through fraud, could this divorce be annulled? Would the father be her husband before the divorce order since the child was concieved in wedlock?
