Does anyone know of a "roadmap", issued by a federal judge, regarding FRCP Rule 16 and how it compares to Rule 26 -- or anything similar?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "roadmap". Rule 16 has to do with Pre-trial Conferences, and Rule 26 has to do with Discovery procedures. However, you may find your answers at the end of each of these Rules in the Annotations to each Rule, found here:
