What is the name of your state? fl

We had our 341 meeting this morning. When the trustee asked what our address was my husband said an old address not where we currently have lived for the past 2 months. I followed his lead said the same thing. When the trustee asked if there were any changes as of the filing we both said no.

What will happen if the trustee wants to come see where we live and we're not at the place of filling? What is this going to do to us? I didnt' have a chance to talk with my lawyer about it before hand either so I felt stuck.

This is no biggie. Tell your lawyer and have him send a letter to the trustee amending your answer.
