I wanted to post in the appropriate forums, but didn't want to choose which one so I'll put it here. At:

http://web.law.duke.edu/cspd/pdf/IPCasebook2014.pdf

Is a FREE casebook you can download under the Creative Commons license for Intellectual Property. I have not read it yet, but it looks awesome. For FREE!

But wait, there's more! edit:

An accompanying text of selected statutes and treaties is at:

Can anyone help out an old man?

I tried to start reading the casebook on my weekend off and found it unsatisfactory. You see, I've read a few casebooks in my time, but, they were all of the olden age--paper and ink. I could read them and mark where I was and underline (actually, use three different colored markers and a fine pencil to write in the margin) when appropriate. My current .pdf reader does not allow such folderol.

Does anyone know of a low overhead, no data to-the-Man, reader/writer**rithmatic .pdf client I can mark and add notes to electronically?

Even if I have to pay, it would make my old man brain happy to be able to manipulate the file. Maybe I should do some sort of transfer to a word processor file and work from there?

I know there are many here who do these 1's and 0's better than I (Well, maybe not the 1's and 0's; but, the modern way.), can you help a man in need?
