At sites like epinions.com, users can give their opinions, no matter how scathing, of various products. I am building two websites to bring about social change, and I would like for people to be able to give their opinions on certain professionals. I live in the state of Missouri.

The first website is at http://www.DontTakeOurKids.com it's an activist site to bring about changes in the implementation of child protection laws. I would like to start what I call a "King Herod Club", whereby my website visitors can "nominate" CPS caseworkers who, through their immunity, show no respect for the law, the constitution, due process, truth, justice, or family.

The second website is the Maternity Ward Hall of Shame at http://www.powow.com/maternity . It's not up right now for some reason, but the gist of it is that women can nominate doctors who treated them shamefully during their pregnancy and childbirth.

How can I list these professionals' names along with the complaints lodged against them without getting sued and/or going to jail?

Thank you so much,
Leigh Ann
