Fridge Warrenty came out 4 times for same problem still not fixed

I have now lost a week of work due to appt. to fix my fridge (dispenser circuit does not work) I cant even control the temp of the fridge. I bought the fridge March 06. It took the warranty till May 06 to finally come out to try to fix it. Now its practically Sept and still its not fixed. Including the inicial visit they've come out 5 times to try to fix it replacing, the same parts again and again with no solution in sight. Today they came could not fix it got frustrated called their boss for suggestions, still could not fix it untill he gave up and told my husband that it seems to be some sort of internal problem that he can't fix. I've heard about the lemon law would that or any other law be used to get a new fridge that works 100% I really can't afford to keep taking off when they can't fix it. Im thinking of getting a lawyer but I wanted to see if you guys thought if would be worth wild. Thanks,

What does your warranty say about it? I know the one that came with my fridge said if it needs to be repaired 3 or more times in a certain time frame they will give me a new one. If your warranty does not say anything about it I would try dealing with their customer service department first.
