Friends 3rd DWI in 10 years-what 2 expect?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN
My friend got pulled over last nite and this will be his 3rd (actually 4th one,his first one somehow dropped off his record.) All within 10 years. He refused a Breathalizer & he's already on Probation for 4 years, and on his last conviction it says for his sentence: Pronounced 365 Days, Probation 4 years, Fine: Pronounced-$3,000 Stayed-$2,100. He also has been seving a "staggerd sentence, one month per year and i cant remember how much longer he had left on that, but i know next Nov. he was suposed to go for a month. Is this going to be some serious Jail or Prison time? He goes to court tomorrow AM, will they even set a bail for him or not? Is it going to be possible for him just to be put on house arrest, or work release in this case? I know he got a good Lawyer last time, im sure he will get one again but in the best and worst case scenerios, what will most likely happen? If anyone could let me know, i would really appreciate it.

He's doing at least 90 days.

If it is considered the fourth, it is a felony. He's facing a loss of his license for four years or until he completes a rehab program, plus up to seven years in prison followed by a five year conditional release and a $14,000.00 fine.

Third offense risks losing the license and the vehicle, jail and/or electronic monitoring, a $3,000.00 fine, mandatory rehab, and required lifetime abstinence.
