What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? My state is California. After being fired at my job, how much time does my employer have to pay me all monies due to me?Also, does any accured monies from profit sharing have to be paid in the same time frame?

In CA, if you are fired your employer has to pay you all wages due and any earned but unused vacation time on the last day you actually work.

I very much doubt that they have to provide any profit sharing monies due at that time - I imagine it would depend on the profit sharing agreement. But California can be weird, so you can check with the state DOL.
