I live in PA and was visiting a Home Depot. While driving in the HD parking lot to park in a Disabled Spot (authorized with placard) I was awaiting another car to pass so i could park.
Upon turning into the parking spot I hit something despite being several feet away from the Concrete Barrier on the ground. I came out and saw that for some reason there was a second barrier sitting 3-4 feet in my own space.
There is undercarriage damage and so HD's third party adjustment company Sedwick, said that they would not claim any responsibility.
I read here on another thread that its my responsibility to not hit a stationary object but if you see the picture taken after I hit you'd atleast ponder how bad it was. Also, 3 of the 4 Disabled spots had the barriers all scattered around hat I noticed after getting out.
