How can I get my checking account unfrozen? The money in there wasn't drug money it was pay checks a some tips. Also my neighbor had me write her a check for her rent. The amount was $500. And now the account is frozen she gave me the money and can't pay her rent now. What can I do?

The government won't release it willingly -- you need your defense lawyer to get an order unfreezing it.
