What is the name of your state? Nevada
I financed a used car in june and have made one payment on it . The transmission blew one month later while I was in the process of moving to reno. The shop has now had in for over 3 weeks and have used eery excuse why its not complete, Note half of the excuses are not mechanical or transmission defaults. I have spent over 1000 dollars staying in vegas for the extra time and have also been unemployed all points I made aware to the mechanic shop I know it doesnt qualify under the lemon law but is there some type of legal action I can take to the shop.
