I purchased a used vehicle from a dealer as is and unfortunately it was a junk unknown to me. I purchased a extended warranty from the dealer at the ime of purchase. Well after much trial and tribulations I wound up trading the vehicle in for another at a more reputable car dealership. I went back to the previous dealer to cancel my warranty contract I purchased and the dealer was sending the paper work off. I found the warranty companies phone # on the internet and called to find out the status of my refund. I was informed at this time that they deal with dealers only and the the cancelation has not been received from the dealer. Also, that the dealer does the refund and that the warranty comapny gives the dealer a credit. I have called the dealer several times and I cn not get a return call. I never filed a claim on the vehicle. Please help
