I only recovered around $10,000.00 on my own and NEVER signed any RELEASES as a settlement. When the bank refused to give me all my money back I Hired two (2) separate Law Firms and both Law Forms caused me to be TIME BARRED! Both Law Firms did NOT file a LAW SUITE on my behalf, according to Bank of America/CashPay.
