Yes, most have probably wished for such a mistake.
OK, lease was up, time to renew. I told them I was going to renew two months in advance of expiration, but it wasn't until the last minute (today, last day of October and the old lease) that I finally got the lease to sign due to our busy schedules.
OK so since we could never meet up they dropped the lease off for me to sign, and I'd drop it off at the office when done and they'd sign when she gets in.

So I skimmed it, all looked pretty standard. AFTER initialing and signing in a bunch of places, I went to drop it off, and said hey i forgot to check the rent price for this lease so i can get the check for them tomorrow.

Low and behold : "....you agree to pay us $0 in rent on a monthy basis, due no later....."

They weren't around, so what could I do? I dropped it off since it wasn't my fault and I needed to have it signed today.

I can't verify that they signed it yet. But if they did sign it, what happens next? They obviously aren't going to like this. Can they revoke it due to the obvious error?

"But if they did sign it, what happens next?"
*** I would assume that they will notice that you either haven't paid your rent and contact you, or that they will notice their error and contact you.

"Can they revoke it due to the obvious error?"
*** Yes. They will eventually realize their mistake and ask you to correct it. When they do, you will have the choice of accepting their correction or they can void the lease and start eviction proceedings.
