I am putting the finishing touches on my C13 filing but I have, I hope, one last question.
The furniture I bought is, of course, secured by the furniture co that I bought it from. I am not behind in payments. Should I Reaffirm with the Company and list as an expendure on the C13 budget OR do I leave it off the budget so that the Trustee can pay it via the C13 plan. I would like them to get paid before unsecured creditors.
