These local family court judges are jumping the gun. They really should at least wait and see how the SCOTUS rules on any sort of mandatory vaxing.

Having the Supreme Court rule on Mandatory vaxing in the workplace, will have no effect on Family Court judges ruling on the best interest of the child.
That would depend on exactly what the court rules in their case. If they rule that the state has no power to require a vax it would certainly create a precedence that local judges don't have the power to do so.

But that is 1) a different standard 2) not what is being considered, what is being appealed to the Supreme Court is whether the Federal government can mandate it.
