My nephew just turned 15 in December. He is in 9th grade. This past summer (was 14) an 18 year old girl who has graduated high school, started pursuing him. She has been told to stay away. He sneaks to stay in contact her thru Instant Message, telephone and meet her at movies. Is there any legal action that can be taken against her?
