On top of the the FoC withdrew from the case

Both attorneys assigned to me withdrew from the case after I caught them lying to me

This has been going on 18 months

Fighting both a custody battle and an involuntary adoption battle both at the same time

My son's mother admitted to me 8 months into our 4 year relationship she was n informant that law enforcement planted with me about a drug investigation.

I have all the evidence I need to back this up

My civil rights are being violated from one end to the other

There is a lot going on in this case but the fact I can't afford an attorney is being used against me

And no I am not a criminal. But the law ent who planted her with me clearly are and are trying to cover it it.

Do you have a question? Also, why would you stay with someone for 3.25 more years after finding out someone was an informant who was planted with you?

A drug investigation? That seems like the sort of thing that out to be explained a bit better. Something else that ought to be explained is why you continued the relationship after this admission.

Why did I stay with her?

Because I loved her and when she told me. I was glad and happy to hear it because I was always taught that a real law man digs to the truth and let's that truth dictate their course if action. I had nothing to hide and I wanted them to see that and get to know me for me and not who they thought I was

there is a lot going on with this and I am just here for legal advice. I'm a father who has nothing but the love for his son to fight with.

Sometimes guys things are not as they appear. I don't blame anyone for thinking. "If they went that far they must have had a good reason". I would be thinking that too

As you have been advised many times here over the last year, you need an attorney to assist you with this. I know you don't feel you can afford one, but you really can't afford NOT to have one and hope to win your case(s).
